Lowest price and best quality don't go together. Other words ya get what you pay for.With todays heating bill don't worry about cheap. Worry about best efficiency. Make sure its the right size for your house. Better efficiency means lower operating cost and savings in the future. Weatherize your house so those saving don't go out the window, or cracks.
