How can i decrease the freezing point of an edible oil? without any major change in its edible quality?

The freezing point mainly depends on the fatty acids it possess.How can i decrease the freezing point of an edible oil? without any major change in its edible quality?
You cannot decrease the freezing point of an edible oil without any changes in its edible quality because they have their own freezing point for its own edible quality.How can i decrease the freezing point of an edible oil? without any major change in its edible quality?

Ever seen the cooking oil in a fish and chip shop as it cools?





The higher molecular weight solids come out first. These could be removed.





So, cool the edible oil down, remove the top solids then will have higher melting point oil.
