'Quality' and 'Cheap' rarely go together.
Your cost will be reduced if you are buying from a business that is not MLM that needs to allow for a markup by every individual. Your cost will be reduced if you buy from a business that does not have high overhead as well.
None of the oils you mention are very expensive. Ylang can be and there are many varieties of Lavender, some don't produce a lot of oil and are therefore more expensive than their related hybrids.
